I know this is super late, but better late than never right?
I met Wednesday and Joey at the meet and greet in Cincinnati. Was AWESOME. Literally the best couple of minutes ever. I was the 7th person in line waiting for them. It was miserably hot and rainy as hell. I had my drawings framed and covered in grocery bags so they wouldn't get ruined in the rain. I waited for like 2 hours before the line even started. Was way worth it though. I was so stoked on seeing them. My dad asked the guy behind me to catch me if I faint from seeing them. LOL. So not the case.
Joey and Wednesday walked up so nonchalantly and the crowd didn't even scream at first. I never screamed. More like I was super tongue tied and didn't even talk to them yet. When it was my turn to get my autograph I more or less blurted out really fast " HERE WEDNESDAY I DREW THIS FOR YOU AND JOEY." And handed him my drawing. He seriously looked at if for a minute with his jaw dropped. (My dad later told me people were trying to look at what I gave him from further down the line) He then turned to Joey and was like "Hey Joey man look at this..." Joey then said, while totally not looking at what he was signing for the person in front of me "That's badass." (that's when I snap the picture) Wednesday replied,"I think we need to donate this to the house." Joey said, "Totally." Of course at this point I am totally dumbfounded by what I am hearing all I can do is stand there like an idiot with this huge smile on my face. I moved further down the table in front of Joey, he signs my paper and shakes my hand and said "Thank you", he really meant it too. Of course me being a huge dork couldn't say a damn thing. I kick myself in the ass every time I think about it. I pick up my paper and notice that Wednesday didn't sign it and now I can speak to him for some reason and I said " Wednesday I need your autograph too." He mean while was signing like 5 things at once and flailed his arms in the air saying, "SHE NEEDS THIS SHE NEEDS THAT!" (a few people laughed at that) I hand back my paper and he signs is, fumbles with the marker trying to shake my hand, was amusing. I do think I said Thank you to him though. I just couldn't say anything to Joey... Stupid stupid stupid. :/
I walked back to my dad clutching said paper in both hands in awe. I feel bad because I didn't say anything to Joey. :(
Was AWESOME none the less. And I did get to see Rob Zombie from like 10 feet away. :D
Here is said picture, sorry it sucks because my hands were shaky and I was too stupid to get one with me with them. Dammit all to HELL.
The drawings I gave to them. :)
